Week 6: Stop Motion Animation

 

Making process:

I created a stop motion animation of preparing food. I creatively combine shallots, lemons and grapes with Skittles to present an innovative story. I took several photos with iPad and edited them in Final Cut Pro.

I think stop motion animation is interesting. It is a creative medium where creators can use their imagination and achieve some effects that are difficult to present with normal video shooting. In addition, stop motion animation is a form of digital story telling, a way of expression. Creators can convey their ideas through their own operations. Stop motion animation is a very good form to stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning.
